One main reason that I have chosen to report to report Home Sales by School District is that many people choose the location of their perspective home based on the school district. This selection process is used not only by individuals who have school age children, but those who have re-sale value in mind when they purchase real estate.

Of Note in Hyde Park School District there was a total of 65 homes sold 61 were under $500,000 and 4 were over $500,000. In June,14 homes sold that in Hyde Park School District. All the homes sold in the Hyde Park School District were under $500,000.
Of Note in Millbrook School District of the 16 homes sold 11 were under $500,000 and 5 were over $500,000. In June, 2 homes sold in the Millbrook School District. One home sold in the Millbrook School District was under $500,000 and the other home sold in the Millbrook School district was over $500,000.
OF Note in the Red Hook School District were 35 homes 34 sold for under $500,000 and 1 was over 500,000. In June, 8 homes sold in the Red Hook School District. 7 homes sold in the Red Hook School District were under $500,000. One of the homes sold in the Red Hook School District was over $500,000.
Of Note in the Rhinebeck School District there were 13 homes which sold up to $500,000 and there were 4 homes which sold over $500,000. In June, 4 homes sold in the Rhinebeck School District. All for homes that sold in the Rhinebeck School District were under $ 500,000.
