One main reason that I have chosen to report to report Home Sales by School District is that many people choose the location of their perspective home based on the school district. This selection process is used not only by individuals who have school age children, but those who have re-sale value in mind when they purchase real estate.

Of Note in Hyde Park School District there was a total of 65 homes sold 61 were under $500,000 and 4 were over $500,000.
Of Note in Millbrook School District of the 16 homes sold 11 were under $500,000 and 5 were over $500,000.
OF Note in the Red Hook School District were 35 homes 34 sold for under $500,000 and 1 was over 500,000.
Of Note in the Rhinebeck School District there were 13 homes which sold up to $500,000 and there were 4 homes which sold over $500,000.
